• Developed a glovebox system for the R&D of all-solid-state battery
• Integration of third-party equipment for each process
• For the convenience of process-oriented R&D, each glovebox module is connected to T-shaped chambers
• Due to the moisture reactivity of the components of cathode (LiCoO₂ , LiFePO₄ , and LiNiMnCoO₂ ) , moisture is removed inside the glovebox.
